2005 Chevy Equinox directional

When I turn the turn signal on for a left turn, all the other instrument lights flash also. The right turn it dose not. The turn signal works ( out side ) when it does this. I'm puzzeled , do you have any input on this ? Any information will be greatly appreciated.
