No snapping blue spark continue to troubleshoot the ignition system-power input to the coil/coil packs, cap and rotor /distributor pick-up coil, ignition control module, ECM, Ignitor cam and crank sensors- Note: If it doesn't apply disregard it

Were you driving it and it stalled and wouldn't restart, if so replace ign module, if you shut it off and it wouldn't restart, replace distributor. The module is under the cap, remove cap, remove rotor and its right there with 2 7/32 screws holdin it down.
