Engine Performance problem
1979 Chevy El Camino 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I just bought a 79 elcamino, and the gas tank was newly installed; (previous owner) when the gas is pumped in - it comes right back out. I need to move the car, so how can I vent this new tank? where - How, etc. any temporary solutions?
thank you very much

It should be a 1/2" hose or around that size. If it's not a factory tank, then it should have a vent hose at one of those places and it should connec to the top of the filler neck as there should be a small pipe there to connect the hose...
