2002 Chevy Corvette will not start when temp. is under 50 d

This is now going on four years. This car act's as though the wires have been removed from the starter, when the temp is under 50. At 51 degrees, no problem. It's not the battery, getting plenty of amp's. It will push-start below 50.
Help me fix the screwball problem and I will make a very nice donation

Here all your possibilities :Check crank fuse no. 14 10amp, starter fuse no.52 60amp, theft deterrent relay, clutch switch, BCM control of the theft deterrent relay, ignition switch and starter motor
