I have white milky looking gunk in the radiator over flow tank?

Usually that means it's oil. But to make sure, are you running dex-cool??? If so, has someone accidentally added "green" anti-freeze???
When these two coolants mix, they produce a white, cottage cheese looking substance.
Now, if that's not your problem, then oil is definitely getting into the coolant. Check you oil dipstick and see if that's also white.
You could have a blown intake manifold gasket or head gasket. Also, your transmission fluid can be getting into the coolant if your radiator has cracked where the trans cooler is located. (Check the tranny fluid also)
