Replaced burnt 60amp fuse. the other 2 10 amp fuses OK. So is new 60 amp fuse. Fan not working. Likely causes? Is fan motor located under dash, in the center?

check for faulty blower motor relay. if fuses and relay are good then the blower motor may be bad or wiring to fan is bad (cause of fuse burning in first place). the blower motor is under the right side of the dash, closer to passenger side than it is middle.
