Our son bought a 99 vete. He is in the Marines, so he leaves it at home. It hasn't been out all winter. I noticed today, after driving it, the speedometer is sticking. Its very annoying. Trust me, when he drives it, it needs to be fixed. :)

most likely the dash cluster will need to be replaced. anytime there is a speedo problem with the speedo head you must replace the whole cluster. hope this helps
