1998 Chevy Corvette end link replacement

To replace the end links on a 1998 corvette, do you take off or loosen the sway bar brackects or cna they be done with doing the above?

The sway bar links can be changed without sway bar removal. When tightening do so till rubber is slightly squeezed bigger then washers
