My computer is not developing codes for emission testing required in Az. OBD II process. Cats replaced by GM 21,000 miles ago. It is displaying some codes but not others which initially made my mechanic think the cats were again bad.. But, now additionally not producing codes for other than cat related issues. Have driven over 1,000 miles since battery change.

If you can post all the codes and error messages, it will help in the diagnosis?

You need to understand, the codes are essentially pass/fail when the state plugs their computer into my car. The oxygen sensor readings note not enough information as well as those related to the cats.
