1995 Chevy Corvette V8 Two Wheel Drive Manual

When I turn on my turn signal the bulbs light up but do not flash. How can I fix this?

check for faulty signal flasher unit

Where is this signal flasher unit located. I have the part but do not know where to replace it at.

behind the instrument panel, left of the steering column is where the flasher relay is at. pull out old and plug in new.
