Is the A/C blowing cold?Sounds like the A/C condensor may be partially clogged, causing the condensor to get hotter than normal and the fans are pulling the overheated air from the condensor into the radiator, have the A/C performance checked, check for debris between condensor and radiator.let me know what you find.

Actually the fans won't kick on until 235-240,if A/C is on ,fans come on low speed, when temp goes up fans will go on high speed,221-224 is hot by my standards, but not by GMs standards. What condition is the radiator in? Is it OEM? Make sure you have good circulation.
