I have no fuel pressure but does flow out of relief valve a little also car has been sittn for several months with hardly no fuel in it. Fuel thats running out smills old. I have put new fuel in it but its not gettn to motor. Fuse is ok, does it have a relay? I dont here pump come on when I turn on switch. Please lead me in the right direction to fix it. Thanks Linwood

Yes under right side dash left of glove box

Me car has no glove box in front of passenger seat, is the relay behind the knee panel?
