Is there more than one emc in this type of car and where is it located? I have installed a new battery but the car will not start nothing even lights up on the dash board. I was told I needed to replace the emc. Help please

Use a meter or test light see if power is getting to fuse block underhood. Make sure cables are clean and tight. Side post are tricky peal back rubber and see if it full of corosin . Clean with baking soda and water. ECM is not going to knockout everything.
