1990 Chevy Corvette low coolant

we just changed the upper radiator hose and the radiator cap and now you have to constantly put coolant in. the overfill (plastic container) is full and leaks out.

This didn't happen before we changed the hose and cap.

Make sure the cap has the right pressure rating, and there is no dirt at the seal, and is on tight!
