1990 Chevy Corvette fuel pressure relay

1990 Chevy Corvette V8 Two Wheel Drive 163000 miles

Is it possible that the reason my car bogs almost to the point of a stall when I press the accelerator is a bad fuel pressure relay or is it most likely the fuel pump? Also, how can I check these two components individually to check if they need replacing?

What you need to do is check the fuel pressure to rule out the fuel pump and fuel filter
