1990 Chevy Corvette cant get it started

Electrical problem
1990 Chevy Corvette V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have replaced the fuel pump. Have 42psi in fuel rail.
12 volts on the injector connections. bought a noid
light kit and havent checked yet but replaced the ecm. checked fuses and wires for breaks. new battery

HELP ME PLEASE

Pull plug wirs hold next to block any spark? if not maybe ignition module in dist. Especialy if your noid does not fluah.
