1989 Chevy Corvette No heat or air

There is current coming through the orange wire on the back side of the fuse. It will turn on and off with ignition key. There is no current going to the heater/ac dash control. What should I do?

see if you can trace the wires from the heater going back towards the fuse box. It may have been just a connection came loose or disconnected .
