1987 Chevy Corvette Overheating

Runs hot! Today it ran up to 210F. It smelled hot.

210 is not very hot, 190ish is the normal operating temp. But may want to ensure cooling fan(s) are coming on properly and also check coolant level. If OK remove and test thermostat.
