driving down road about 55, puff of blue/white smoke out of the tail pipes, engine stops, it tried to re start put than locked up. found anti freeze in the oil the next day. I know thats not good but where did it come from? thks dd

most likely a blown head gasket, and if the engine seized up it may be a static lock because cylinders is full of water, remove your spark plugs and try to crank it over.
