1972 Chevy Corvette Windshield wiper

I just purchased a 1972 vette and the windshield wipers do not work, After looking at everything this weekend I noticed the the cowling that is supposed to raise for the wipers to work will not raise. I noticed that the cowling is actuated by a vacuum system, and there is a vacuum controll under the cowling with three vacuum lines running to it along with another vacuum acuturator in the fender well area with vacuum hoses running to it. Is there a vacuum diagram just for the wiper system? If so where would I be able to find it?
