1967 Chevy Corvette air in caliper

I have to bleed the front brakes often and always have air only in the same front caliper. Could the runout on that caliper cause the piston to move in and out enough to cause bubbles to form in that caliper

More likely it is sucking the air in around the pistons, common on those older vettes. They bore and sleeve the calipers with steel sleeves instead of the cast iron to prevent the air being sucked in due to pitting in the bore
