I need to know what plugs to use on this engine, 1979 sm blk 350 with 1965 fulie (194 valves) heads, been running delco r45's, would like to know if this is proper plug,

That's the R44 or R45 if plugs are burning clean then stay with them. if getting sooty go up a number to hotter plug. See if AC rapid fire plugs are made for engine. they really improve performance.
