Tires and Wheels problem
1964 Chevy Corvette V8 Two Wheel Drive Manual

I purchased aftermarket wheels. Everything fits fine, however the center hole in the wheels is +/- 1/4" larger than the center hub protruding from the face of the brake drum. I realize the stock wheel center hole did not fit machine tight to the hub, but they did fit a lot closer. I've been told this makes no difference, that the lug bolts are all that support the wheel anyway. Is this true?

If the new wheels match up to the lugs, you will be fine!
