Heater Blower not working

I have a 91 corsica, with a 3.1l 6cy. The heater blower does not come on, have replaced the blower motor but still don't have it working, what next?

The blower resistor pack, then the control switch

Its on the left side of the blower housing and also the AC/heater blower relay at no.18 see below
