My left turn signal blinks and works, but does not cancel out when you turn the wheel. What can I do to fix this?

the cancelling cam inside the steering colums is worn or damaged. you would have to remove the entire steering wheel off with the air bag and the steel retainer ring that holds all the components inside the column.
