1996 Chevy Corsica no power to fuel pump

Hello, I have a 96 chevy corsica. And it is getting no fuel. So i was told it was the fuel pump or the fuel relay. So i have changed both yet im still not getting any power to the fuel pump. Do you have any advice on what it may be. Thanks for all the help.

check the fuse in the fuse panel it may be bad
