1996 Chevy Corsica Loosing Power

My car looses power on take off and going up a hill but it runs smooth and good when I get it up to about 55 or 60 mph on flat land. What can the problem be ?

take it to a pro you could have a clogged converter, and he can check it out so you don't start replacing parts an dstill have the problem.
