1996 Chevy Corsica changing gears

I have a 1996 chevy corsica . i just rebuilt the engine and everything is running great but the transmission will not shift into the last gear . It shifts out great but it just wont shift into the last gear.

take it to a trans shop and have them run their tester for any trans codes. it can be something simple or it can be something major.
