My axle is tight, the cv joint boots are good, but I was wondering if an axle can make a clicking noise while driving down the road, not all the time, stops when I just touch the brake or swerve to the left only. The front brakes are good and so are the calipers. Just wondering if someone out ther could help me out,, Iv'e had it to 3 different places and have been told all the same that eveything in the front end is tight.

it cold be just a hub cap making a click if you have them. Noises are very hard to diagnose on the computer. They really have to be listened to. If 3 places tell you not to worry about it then don't. If there is something wrong then it will get worse without causing a big problem. If you car pulls to the left. then you may have a brake problem on the right side of the car.
