Why do my left turn signal flash fast and my right side flash normal?

Because either you have a faulty flasher unit or one of the bulbs are bad or going bad

I agree with MIKEMOO, I would check the bulbs first and if they are okay replace the turn signal flasher, here is the location in case you need it. This guide can help as well
