1995 Chevy Corsica Turn signal stalk

The turn signal stalk broke off. The remaining part is broken off flush in the turn signal switch. What it the trick to get the small remaining part out of the turn signal switch?

Hello –

I would take a small drill bit and drill out the inside….then take a tap and remove with it.
