I smell gas fume after i drive my car for about 30 min and i had the EGR replace but i still smell fume and it burns a lot of gas as well could it be the o2 sensor that the problem of the gas fumes ?

no, mostlikely you have a rich condition, have your fuel pressure regulator checked for leaks, and test fuel pressure, you may also have a overactive, injector.
