1995 Chevy Corsica leaking water

I checked all the hoses from the radiator but the leak seems to be coming from underneath the center of the car. Not holding water at all and I put water in the resorvor tank and its leaking

Hi there,

This may be a small by-pass or heater hose or a core plug, i think you call them freeze plugs over there, go get a cooling system pressure test done, this will help locate any external coolant leaks.

we found a hose that is an elbow hose not connected to anything that is sucking out all the water so the radiator is not holding water. Its close to the firewall,just below the engine

This may be a heater hose, you should be able to see where the other end fit, have a close look.
