1994 Chevy Corsica voltage charge drops when turn on AC

1994 Chevy Corsica 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic

When I turn on my AC the charge gauge drops to very lower ground and when I shut down the car and restart the battery is dead.

what is the problem?
