my car would'nt turn over at all, we thought the engine seized, but come to find out the a/c compressor is seized and won't let the car turn over, is there anyway to unseize it, or should i pull it and put in a bypass pulley?

If the compressor is locked, it's junk. If you have a way to bypass it and don't care, do it. Otherwise, it will need replaced.
