1994 Chevy Corsica 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

i want to rebuild my car engine in a 1994 corsica 3.1 v6. the engine has 300,000kms on her, i want to get another 300,00kms out of her... aprox how much will it cost for me to get someone to do the work with parts?

with such an old car it would be better just to have the engine replaced rather than having it rebuilt...
