1993 Chevy Corsica I need assistance with a possible transm

Transmission problem
1993 Chevy Corsica 4 cyl Automatic 145000 miles

I am recently looking at a Chevy corsica. it has 145000 miles on it. also, it had a motor mount problem, where the car would have trouble shifting from reverse to drive (the whole engine would move when you would shift it, but that was fixed.
How could you tell if there was any problem with the transmission?

take it to a trans guy so he can road test it and give you a diagnosis. we can't do that on the computer
