1992 Chevy Corsica Blinker Relay

I have a 1992 Chevy Corsica that recently had the blinkers stop working on the dash the arrows no longer light up. the hazard lights on the dash do work. I checked the blinker fuse and that isnt the problem. so where do I find the blinker relay

yes the flasher fuse, its underneath the dash, all the way up beside the steering column where it is clipped to. its up there so dont give up on looking for it. I had to do this and it was a pain in the butt to find it.
