1991 Chevy Corsica Radiator Leak

The radiator hose busted and I replaced it. It still leaks from the hose.
Do I need to tighten the clamp periodically until it stops?
What should I check next?

Make sure clamp is tight and that the mating surface that it goes onto isnt corroded or rusted away causing leaking from the hose not sitting properly. If alls good use a new hose clamp. The screw style not the OEM kind

Thank you for your help. Theres nothing wrong with the mating surface. I checked. It bubbles out of the hose at the point where it connects to the radiator. Ive tightened the clamp 4 or 5 times now but it still bubbles and hisses. It sort of acts like theres too much pressure from somewhere.

Take off radiator cap. Does that seem to stop the bubbling and hissing? Remember your system is suposed to be under pressure.
