1991 Chevy Corsica Blinker light relay switch

1991 Chevy Corsica 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 98000K miles

Hi,
I got a problem with my left direction light. When i activate it, the lighg tunr on but does not blink. No realys noise either. So i put the right one ON to ear where it might be located. Found it under steering, beside the emmergy light relay. But no sing of the left side blinking relay. Where the hell they put it ? In the trunk ?

Plz help me. So tired of it make me mad!

The turn signal flasher is located behind the dash on left side of I/P Good Luck and Merry Christmas
