1989 Chevy Corsica Turn Signals not flashing

This just started. My turn signal are not flashing when I position the turn signal indicator lever. This is both for signaling right or left.

I have replaced the bulbs, but dont know here to go from there.

Could be the turn signal flasher or the turn signal switch
