My flasher is out on my blinker and I dont know where its located to put a new one on. Please help!

I had this same problem when I had my corsica, and I used to give up looking for this thing on several ocassions, the reason why you cant find it is because. it is so far up underneath the dash, that your gonna need to use a flashlight so you can see the reflection, it will be clamped on the steering column, should be silver in color, dont give up its up there.
