1988 Chevy Corsica need help please

i have an 88 chevy corsica i replaced the map sensor the egr value the temp sensor the 02 sensor and its still stalls out when its cold i have to let it warm up about 20 min and then it runs fine i took it to a garage today and they said that the diagnospic test leaned to the computer messing up and to put a new one in could that cause the problem

sounds more like the IAC valve.
