I have a 86 chevy corsica... My issue with my car is that it runs good for a while hoever it seems when it gets hot it cuts off... now the problem is that the car will start in park and neutral.. however, whenever I put it in drive or reverse it will jerk then cut off... I was told the injectors need to be cleaned... I dont know... Now if I park it for a while it will go however I cant travel further that 15 miles one way or it will start the same thing ... now if I keep trying to start it will do one of 2 things it will finally catch and go or the battery will die ... what is wrong with this crazy car please help...

Check fuel pressure make sure its within specs/idle air control valve/throttle position and mass air flow sensors.
