2005 Chevy Colorado stripped threads in head

i have stripped threads in the head of my 2005 chevy colorado where the spark plug screws in, noticed this when i took the old plug out which was from the factory before i even tried to put the new plug in any ideas on how to fix without buying a new head?

dont panic. for about 35 bucks heli coil makes a kit that is simple to install to fix this problem. the kit comes with everything you need to fix it. if you have never done it before it should take you less than a half hour to repair. just ask your parts guy for it.
