I am presently having difficulty refueling the tank. When refueling, it seems as if there is a blockage in the area where the fueling neck meets the tank. I either pump the gas real slow or allow the fueling neck to fill and then wait for it to drain. Whats wrong and can a shade tree mechanic fix it.

Is your check engine light on? You could have a restricted evap vent valve.

Also, don't fuel the vehicle with the key on or engine running.
