2006 chevy colarado installed new gas tank fuel pump now there vacumm in tank wont allow me to fill tank

Check the cannister purge valve for being stuck or having a blocked line. And as you have installed a new tank make sure the vent line going to the filler neck isn't kinked or blocked.
