The spark plugs are fine. Is the throttle position sensor located at the throttle body or the foot pedal. There isnt a cable. Is the idle ar control valvle located on the throttle body or the intake manifold? It has a low, rough idle, water in the oil, misfire and iac codes.

the tps and iac are bothon the throttle body. try cleaning the throttle plate with choke cleaner on both sides ten hook the duct work back up and see what you have. when you clean the plate spray some in the iac hole as well, it is oblonged.
