Lockable gas cap came apart and spring and screw fell
into tank thru outside fuel fill drank. Is there a simple
way to get these out, like maybe lowering a type of
magnet into the drain to snag these parts and pull
them out of tank, thanks Ron

The filler necks on gas tanks these days have baffles and obstructions so the gas can not be siphoned out of your car. You will not be able to get something down that way to remove the pieces. The pieces in your tank shouldn't hurt anything. The fuel pump in the tank has a screen to not allow anything to clog up the fuel system.
