2007 Chevy Cobalt Front Wheel Drive Automatic

My seat belt on the passanger side has locked up tight and wont entend out to put it on its rubberband tight.

HI there,

Seat belts are not made to be repaired, if they fail in any way they should be replaced with new units, never fit second hand belts as you don't know if they have been over stressed in a previous accident, use new and stay safe.
